Why the Wii is Worth it

In short, this video's purpose is to prove that the Wii is a perfectly capable console that has many great games. If you get one but don't seem to like it, give it another try.

haha no mention of the ability to softmod your wii to play gba, nes, snes and sega roms - the main reason i still play my wii

@TheSmegOps The only problem is Nintendo tends to update the Wii in an attempt to stop modding. Besides, I'm pretty sure that's not legal to be playing emulations that you did not pay for. There's a reason the Virtual Console exists and it's because it provides people with a legal option to play games from the past from systems they may not have. I'm alright with modding to play legally purchased content, etc. like foreign games on an American Wii, but otherwise, not really.

@mopbrothers Well, technically MM9 & MM10 are also on PS3 and 360, but the Wii does have the best controller out of the three for old school-style Mega Man games.

wii sucks compared 2 the PS3 only reason why more of wii is becose theres more mums and dads wanting there kids to play all violent free games ¬_¬ evern tho they had that black and white one with gore in it

I'm pretty sure the Wii is the #1 seller because it's the cheapest and it has motion controls. It has nothing to do with hating violent games, all mainstream consoles have at least some of them. The PS3's #1 seller factor is most likely the blu-ray player and since people don't feel much presser to buy blu-ray, the PS3 is not selling as much as the Wii. The only one left is the 360 which has the selling points of its online most likely (even though it costs extra)

i had an xbox 360 and a ps3, i sold them both, so i was looking to the wii, i of course was always a nintendo fan boy, but the wii seemed like well, shit BUT WAIT DONT STOP READING you persuaded me to buy this console man it looks great, my friends and family tell me that it sucks but i dont care im going to buy it and love it, thanks man!
