I don't know. It would make sense to link some of the larger east coast cities with big populations, but Buffalo and Albany ?
It's about a five hour drive. If there were stops near Rochester, Syracuse, and Utica, I would think it would still take three and a half or four. And the Central Terminal? Well, I guess it doesn't have to make sense, just jobs. Thats how we got that nice, efficient metro rail that brought Main Street back !

I never thought that such a change in attitude would be possible in the US.
