Unique design! Do you have any pictures of the frame that the sawbar and engine are mounted to? It's difficult to see how it is built and works from the video.

Good job on your build design. What is the over all cut size capacity of the mill,and was it mounted on a trailer? How long did it take to build? Is the chain cluch bell just a driver or is it a working clutch?

can cut 12" wide 16 ft long

the axil and pole are in 2x2" pockets for quick detatch

a month of weekends to build

the clutch is a derect sprocet with a electric lawn mower clutch.

cost me around $900 to build with new steel and used motor and clutch but alot of work and alot of fun.

That is a nice compact design for a chain sawmill. Is this your own design or did you find some plans?
