Also remember that there were to be 2 seperate elections.
The first election was for 3 delegates from each congressional district, totaling 9 of our total delegates.
This election was done fairly, and the counting was complete in CD1 and CD3 prior to Beers closing the convention. CD2 was told to stop the counting, which is discussed around 5:22.
After that, we were going to hold an election for the rest of our delegates...we never got an opportunity to hold that vote.
