holy smoke, it sounds like me hehe! and even if my psychologist diagnosed me with GAD, i cant settle with it..hypocondric too it seems..good god. if u have tips, pls share!

i suffered from GAD throughout my teen years. i totally know what you mean by the lack of sleep. It was almost like i was used to being sleep deprived all the time. I didnt reallize how bad all the stress and lack of sleep was on my body..

Hello, thanks for great videos.I do suffer from the same thing, sometimes its pass sometimes it comes back.Do you know, if heart PVC (skipped beats) can be due to GAD?Maybe you too get them?Thanks and best of luck!

I'd like to know what people are doing to deal.. or what they've tried?? I've done hypnosis, chiropratic, herbs, homeopathy, paxil(bad idea), vita b, st johns wort, meditation, .therapy, eft,.... eft has improved it short term.

im glad im not alone. i started anxiety about two years ago my freshman year it sucks so much man i get dizzy sick to my stomach and my heart pounds as well it moves my body! im not one to take pills i have been trying to get rid of it by myself best of luck to you
