Qi gong mental power move object telekinesis

This is my first recorded attempt. My hand being out actually has nothing to do with it. Its just helps me to focus the energy from one object to another. Let me know what you guys think.

Tho is does help associate my hand which is something i use to move objects all the time with the object i want to move. In other words (hand moves things) (i see object) (i want to move object without touching) (so i place my hand in line of sight with object to associate movement) and the shaking or the bending of fingers is because when you want to move something you naturally move your hand like that. Theres the explination.

Also no magnet. Where would i put it? Im using my right hand. Unless i wrap my left hand all around my body i dont see me using a magnet. This video is for other people that can do what i did and how to network to get better at it. Say what you want but its worthless to me if your a sceptic.
