How To Make a Ginger Onion Garlice Paste

1 cup garlic cloves, peeled
1 ¼ cup ginger, peeled and sliced
4 small onions
Water, lime juice - optional
Put the first three ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until the mixture resembles the look and texture of apple sauce. If needed, add a little water or fresh lime juice (a few tablespoons at a time) to help the ingredients break down and spin.
Pack plastic containers and refridgerate for up to 6 months or freeze indefinitely.
