im doing this song for an upcoming contest. i love it, think it's really pretty. but i agree that youre voice sound very "white", or "naive". The song talks about "if i keep on loving you you'll in the end love me too", more or less. My Choir Inductior called it The Stalker Song. I plan on singing it pretty dark, a bit "jazzy" maybe. Hard to explain. Yet again, my voice is different from yours, so it's not really possible to compare myself to you.

thank you for that. since i was in hungary when i learned this, the translation i got was really different than that and to be honest, i really didnt get it. The Stalker Song paints a completely different picture, haha--i like it. Thanks for the tip :-)

dynamics has always been a weakness for me when performing, my mind focuses completely on hitting all the notes right and on what my voice teacher taught me. and about the italian, i was being taught the italian pronunciation by someone who only speaks hungarian and german so i was set up for failure on that one. thats no excuse however and ive been focusing more on improving my pronunciation and dynamics. thank you for your advice : -)

Hi. Your vowels are much too opened and everything sounds the same. The voice is pretty, but the articullation is really lacking. There is something to aim at. This was slightely too legato for the style too, but a beautiful legato. Your voice is very pretty and you have pleanty of time to improve. All the best.

I really like this, but I think it would be a lot better if you added vibrato and some emotion. You're just singing it like you don't care.

This is an Italian song so try to make it more Italian even though you are not using vibrato!

Beautiful tone but try to tell a story with emotion.

This song is not suitable for your vocal maturity as it is grade 7 which I think should be sung with bel canto.

I am not putting you off but I think you can improve with this gifted voice and Purcell/Monteverdi are great ...even the Ave Maria by Caccini!
