Universal TV Leader (Countdown)

This is an old Universal TV Leader I found on a Beata tape that was 15 years old. Kind of Hard to find.

These are mainly used in TV as it gives operators a visual countdown into the SOM or start of message of the tape it is normally 30 frmaes from the end of the 2 is when the show starts, becuase that is usally balck you need something to count off of so hense the count down.
