I had a friend that parked in macdonalds and he got a ticket for £80 and i helped my mate out by reading up on the law, and it states that a private company can only charge for the time you were parked if they originaly charged for parking, if they dont charge for parking how can they calculate the charge that they are out of pocket,, because they are not out of pocket you have not created a loss, and he didnt have to pay. shows you how corupt these buisineses are.

WOW Freeman info care of watchdog. What more proof do the masses need that this system is corrupt and freeman path does work.
Remember people - a crime is only committed if there is a victim involved.
No victim = no crime.
It really is that simple. Plus the guy in video states - where is the contract!
Brilliant video,

Fantastic!
What's the legal definition of the word EMPLOYED?
does this include penalty charge notices issued by tfl ?

@bugzak47 its all parking tickets, unless you have signed a contract that waives your rights, like work at a hospital, some hospitals have parking rules in their contracts when they employ you. what tfl anyway|

@bugzak47 No. It's about "Parking Companies". Local Councils and the TfL are "Enforcement Authorities" and enforce under the Traffic management act 2004. Parking companies make up their own rules and are not bound by any legislation. TfL also issue Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) While Councils issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCN). Read and act on the info on the tickets, ignore it for long enough and you could end up with the bailiffs at your door.

@1910nomore good definition mate. i found out that the legal definition of "traffic" is "TRAFFIC. Commerce, trade, sale or exchange of merchandise, bills, money and the like."

Isn't our whole system, just corrupted with lying filfthy shitty bastards ?
Why dont the police (who are IMAGINED to protect us), protect us, form this ?
They claim to be fighting drug dealers and criminals (though they APPEAR to eb running the drugs trade themselves, form what i can see), and yet they do NOTHING against people who defraud the populus form millins of pounds.
Are they running this scam, too ?
POLICE = THIEVING MONEY GANGSTERS !!!!
