I think this was a vehicle avaiilable in the 64DD expansion kit, but somehow it's on the American N64 ROM. Odd.
However, those with an Nintendo 64, converter cart/modified cart opening and an N64 DexDrive with the F-Zero expansion CD, I am so f'n jealous of you right now...

Hmm it worked before but now every time i load it i keep getting an error....

This data was in the game so that it could load the data from the N64DD Expansion Kit for this game. There is in fact a texture for this machine.
And there were 3 Super Machines, the Super Falcon, Super Cat and Super Stingray.

I can give you the code to prove it is real and you cannot use the 64dd on pj64.
