  • Love it! I will try it soon as I get some of tht moss! keep sharing the knowledge,,.dslradio.us

  • You should try a real banana because that one is artificial and is most likely starch. It may not be but it is artificial aka a hybrid. I just found the real one called chunky or Burro banana. But they are nowhere near as sweet as the ones we are used to.

  • @oolilfishyoo depends on how hot it is.I think once it passes 120 yes.

  • Try trader joe's almond milk no soy that i can see in the containts, check it out and let me know if you find soy hidden in it. Thank you peace n love.

  • hey, if u boil the sea moss, isnt that killing some of the nutrients n minerals?

  • @Orgoneman I glad you said that. I'm will be buying some my self. Good lookin' out!

  • You should make your own almond milk! Soak 1/2 c. almonds in water overnight; rinse them the next day and blend them with 3 cups water; strain through a mesh bag and sweeten to taste. There, no soy lecithin! And it's so much cheaper than buying store bought stuff, in addition to being better for you.

  • Well done. I really like how you use sea moss. Sea moss is one of the most complete foods you can eat. Keep up the good work sis

  • well done sis-Star

  • Do not throw any of the sea moss at all!.....why ?Once you broil the sea moss correctly ,[which you have to turn the stove down low to do) all of the sea moss will turn in to liquid, yes all. I'm from Barbados and I do it all the time. You are loosing a lot of sea moss. Stay strong sista.
