You should try a real banana because that one is artificial and is most likely starch.It may not be but it is artificial aka a hybrid. I just found the real one called chunky or Burro banana.But they are nowhere near as sweet as the ones we are used to.

You should make your own almond milk! Soak 1/2 c. almonds in water overnight; rinse them the next day and blend them with 3 cups water; strain through a mesh bag and sweeten to taste. There, no soy lecithin! And it's so much cheaper than buying store bought stuff, in addition to being better for you.

Do not throw any of the sea moss at all!.....why ?Once you broil the sea moss correctly ,[which you have to turn the stove down low to do) all of the sea moss will turn in to liquid,yes all. I'm from Barbados and I do it all the time. You are loosing a lot of sea moss. Stay strong sista.
