@ThePrincessMeowMeow Bridging is base in Greco and Free style.I am from Bulgaria and we know a bit about wrestling as well;-))))))))))))))))) ,,but i train as well BJJ and to my mates always i give advise to bridge on head/front and back,,,don't push your self too much,,slowly.
