Like meditation, self hypnosis has a great deal of positive benefits. Using self hypnosis to centre and create states of deep relaxation or deep focus.

A great demonstration of self hypnosis using a Betty Alice Erickson style technique from Gordon Smith. Excellent for yourself, excellent to teach your clients.
