You should hear what presenter speaks. All this things are only influences, Poznań is not Posen and it'll always be a polisch City!!! These influences are taken from the fact taht earlier Poznań was closer to the west border of Poland and of course from 120 years of german opression.

Some buldings on this vid, made by german gov' were in german's style that's true. But look at map and see where these buldings are in most - they are in new/empty part of Poznań and were made in last years of XIX and first years of XX centry, only few years before city re-joined to Poland. This part of city (and only this part) was cleared from old fortifications and germans made there few nice buldings for theirs officiels

Still mostly German built and made. August the Strong was King of Poland-Lithuania, and Poles had fine artists, but we see again that Poznan-Posen was influenced by German heritage mostly. UIOGD!
