@JT26ish lmfao, being american is not advantage, being kelly clarkson does! remember her first album and single was released during american crisis 9-11-0, but it manage to topped the chart and sell big, and remember american idol almost break kelly's career after obligated her to star in a flop movie! and wtf! leona didnt struggled like kelly.. coz simon sets everything for her in america! and kelly sold more outside america.. an puhhleasse.. leona cant even belt properly after d5!

@JT26ish Kakakakaka, no. Leona's lower register produces next to volume, her chest register is thin and whiny, and her vibrato is as slow as a nasty slug. All she has on her is her falsetto. Kelly's low notes are actually audible, she has a very full and healthy chest voice and can throw out G5s with ease without sounding like a terrified chihuahua, and she has a far more versatile voice than poor filthy chocolate Leona. And Leona struggled because she is crap; look at Adele and Amy Winehouse.

@harken915 What utter rubbish. Yes Kelly may have sold more but she has had the advantage of being American and having her first breakthrough in the US. Coming from the UK, Leona has had to 'break America' as we call it here as that is the ultimate holy grail. Not many UK artists have succeeded in that and Leona has struggled, so it's a little unfair to compare their album sales. Being American alone puts Kelly miles ahead of Leona but compare their voices and Leona completely destroys Kelly ..
