teh jackson 5 and micheal were great in their time as were the five stairsteps. everyone has there time on this earth. both groups share a special place in my heart

I thing that seperate the Stairsteps from the Jacksons is the fact that the Stairsteps were writing their own songs while being produced by Curtis Mayfield. They family was tight thanks to Papa Burke who was a Chicago Detective.
