The Great Commission

I am fired up about God, and I will continue to have passion for Him. The time has come that my generation speaks up for Him. If you who are watching this believe in God and are willing to have passion for Him, PLEASE make a video response. My youth group is beginning a revival in my town, and I believe that one can start on YouTube, not because of what we can do, but because of what God can do. I am no longer afraid to express how much I love my King.

Matthew 28:18 states:
"Then Jesus came to them and said, 'All authority in Heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.'"

Basically, God never leaves us. He has ALWAYS been there, whether we've chosen to acknowledge Him or not. He loves us unconditionally and wants nothing more than for us to spend eternity with Him in Heaven. So why are we so afraid to take action, to announce our faith and passion to the world?
We shouldn't be.

John 8:12 states:
"When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, 'I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."

John 17:33:
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.'"
If that doesn't get you, I don't know what will. JESUS OVERCAME THE WORLD. He's already been through it!

John 15:18
"If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first."
The world hated JESUS, the only perfect person to ever grace the earth. If He was hated, how can you expect to slide through unscathed? Be proud of your faith! I am.
And don't forget the prophecy of Jesus's death:
Matthew 27:46
"About the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, 'Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?'- which means, 'My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?"

Psalm 22:1
"My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?"
Psalm 22:14
"I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint. My heart has turned to wax; it has melted away within me. My strength is dried up like a potsherd, and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth; you lay me in the dust of death. Dogs have surrounded me; a band of evil men has encircled me, they have pierced my hands and feet. I can count all my bones; people stare and gloat over me. They divide my garments among them and cast lots for my clothing."
When Jesus cried out, He was showing the Pharisees that He really is who He says He is! The Pharisees memorized the law, and there was no getting around the pierced hands and feet.

i understand you got upset but you need to think if your belief is based on how you were brought up, think logically and ask yourself if what you believe has anything to actually back it up? if you are afraid to ask these questions because of the people around you? watch 'the atheist experience' people like you call in and ask questions about God and jesus, all your questions are answered on this show. the presenter Matt has been a christian for 25 years. have all your questions answered!

I think anybody that takes religion as serious as this is mentally unstable. The biggest crime is that religious fundamentalists view this as normal behavior when this poor girl needs help.

I have been away from God for far too long. I have also called myself a Christian but I didn't walk the walk. There was a point in my life where I felt horrible and felt so hypocritical. But Christ is my savior and he forgives anyone that asks for his forgiveness. We cannot know the father without going through the son first. And I do believe that someone that is broken and feeling unloved can find love and happiness through Christ. Our generation will not fall.
