That's curious, because we saw (VHS) footage of a reporter showing the train tracks, the entries with bar doors, and fences with the spikes facing the inside of the place... oh, and watching towers! That resembles a concentration camp to us.

FEMA was around before these weather disasters hit the nation. They are here to control the nation in ANY disaster. Watch out when the declare martial law and you are ordered to leave your house and go to a designated "safe" area. On a small scale of this authority given to them just look at Katrina. The also have an executive branch, separate from the principal one, ready to take over during a disaster. This includes a "backup" President. Watch out and keep your eyes open
