The song "Helpless" was originally released by Diamond Head in 1980 on the "Lightning To The Nations" album.

Diamond Head, the song writer of "Helpless" were the major musical influence for Lars. The original version of "Helpless" don't have a solo included.

Metallica originally released it in August 1987 on "The $5.98 E.P. - Garage Days Re-Revisited" EP. It was later featured on their CD ''Garage Inc'', released in 1998.

All rights goes to the band Metallica, the record label, copyright owner etc.
