Crepes 15 minutes
I recommend making a bunch of these crepes ahead of time and layering them between waxed paper, then freezing them in a plastic zip-top bag so you have easy access to assemble impressive, homemade desserts within minutes for those unexpected guests.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Heart Smart Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
3/4 cup fat-free skim milk,
2 egg whites
Instructions
Preheat a 6- or 8-inch nonstick skillet over high heat.
In a 4-cup measuring cup or mixing bowl, whisk together the baking mix, milk, and egg whites.
When the skillet is hot, spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add the crepe batter to the skillet. Lift and tilt the skillet to spread the batter. Brown on one side. The top of the crepe will be full of bubbles. Lift the crepe from the pan with a fork and place on a plate with a paper towel. Watch closely, because it only takes about a minute for the crepes to cook. Place a paper towel between crepes to keep them from sticking together.

Caramel Apple Crepes 30 minutes
Here's a great alternative for warm apple pie that's super simple to assemble in a pinch.
Ingredients
1 (20-ounce) can no-sugar-added apple pie filling
1 (0.14-ounce) pouch sugar-free spiced cider apple-flavor drink mix
10 teaspoons caramel syrup
10 tablespoons fat-free dessert whipped topping,
Instructions
Make the crepes according to recipe on page 262.
Open the apple pie filling. While the filling is still in the can, insert a sharp, long knife into the can and cut the apple slices into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
In a small nonstick saucepan over medium heat, stir together the apple pie filling and the drink mix.
When the filling is completely heated, place 3 tablespoons of filling onto each warmed crepe.
Roll the crepes up jelly-roll-style, placing the seam side up on plate.
Drizzle 1 teaspoon caramel syrup over each crepe.
Place 1 tablespoon of whipped topping on the middle of each crepe.
