is funny of all the people on youtube a scam when they never tried real estate and if they did , probably didnt stick with it for for more then a month. I will admit that some stuff he teaches is flawed but there's no doubt real estate is profitable. It took me a while to get it going , I also had a local mentor help me to get to the finish line. My last deal I did profited $16K with very little work. Yea but you guys keep thinking is a scam. Must suck to be so negative & broke.

I have a friend who bought his stuff. He really makes money selling a support program for thousands of dollars. These scam sights are not real either. This jerk is running them too. If he makes so much from using his system why does he need to sell books. He says he wants to help people. If he really wants to help, then why not put out his "system" on the web for free. All he has to do is put out his info for free and it will get around.
