  • Thanks for the memories........ A favourite of all my family.

Such clarity, purity; I have always loved his voice.

  • @curlingnf the similar-sounding 'Yellow Bird' was the family favourite here.

  • Have to love the gentle sound of Jimmie's F-hole guitar chords combined with the 'deadend' strings on...I'm guessing...a Fender solid body guitar...Good Lord...please bring back "singers and musicians"...I am so beyond being tired of "yellers and noisicians"...Tunesmith.

  • WOW!!!!!!

    Never heard this before! WOW!

I first "discovered" Jimmie by picking up his CHILD OF CLAY cd. He quickly became my new hero. Then I was at a party last year and guess who sang a song? JIMMIE!!!!

Amazing man and new friend. He is as humble and down to earth as he is talented. God Bless him.

  • I wish the so called oldies stations(especially the Boston version WODS) would burn the beach boys version and play this much better version.

  • @DENISMURRELL This is an incorrect rumor, and was even published in Rolling Stone some years ago. Jimmie is not the son of Hank Snow. I contacted Rolling Stone about their error, and they ignored me. I lost any respect I had for RS at that point. Read Jimmie's autobiography "Dancing on the Moon", you'll learn more than you would from Rolling Stone.

  • Why in all the world do all lradiostations broadcast the Beach Boys version?

  • Son of Hank Snow, c/w singer renowned.

  • Love this song. Sure beats the hell out of the Beachboy's "lollypop" version.
