Spotting aircraft around from Western and Eastern North America, A330, A380, MD-11, 747, 777, 787

Before her injury sidelined her since June, Helene took magnificient videos of these majestic flying machines. Beginning with footage filmed at Vancouver international airport, capturing Japan Airlines, China Air, Korean Airlines as well as Air Canada, it may have been raining but its Vancouver metal at its finest.

We then moved on to Paine Field in Everett, Washington, home of Boeing, and we were lucky to capture what is probably a once in a lifetime event. As Boeing had not yet certified neither the 747-8 or the 787 Dreamliner, all the aircraft coming of the assembly lines were being stored onsite in every available part of the field. 747's and 787's as far as the eye could see. The 747 Dreamlifter and 747-8i are also visible.

The final portion is taken at Montreal's Trudeau International Airport, with our regular heavies represented by Air Canada, Air France, KLM, Air Transat. The footage also includes the arrival of Air France's First Regularly Scheduled (not first arrival) A380 aircraft on April 22nd, 2011.
