Strawberry Shortcake and her friends take on the wide world of sports in these two animated stories for kids. Strawberry Shortcake: Play Day Surprise includes the tales "Angel Cake in the Outfield," in which Angel Cake gets a crash course in being a good sport from Strawberry, and "Win Some, Lose Some," where Peppermint Fizz gets so excited about the Nearly Once a Year Strawberryland Games that she decides to cheat if she can't win by playing fair.

yes, it is a wonderful children's cartoon for little girls, with better than average voicing and music. I had it once a long time ago for my kids but sadly lost it.
It might be worth your time to check Blockbuster under The Land of Pepperment Rose.
Me, I have been looking for the song from it for years as my daughter loved it
