I'm white and I was outraged by the verdict but I was disgusted by what these Animals did to this city. There was no excuse for what they did and I know because I was one of the National Guard troops that hit the streets to stop this. People need to learn, It doesn't matter if your White, Black, Asian, Hispanic. Your either going to be an upstanding citizen or your going to be a lowlife. Everybody has a choice.

Its not us versus us its us versus them. Unity in America needs to be restored! Blacks, White, Purple, Jews and everybody in between need to stand together asap. This mindless looting and beating really makes me sick and there is no justification for beating someone senseless of any race for the simple fact that they are in fact another race. I don't recall but I think it was a mother load. Too bad Reginald Denny didn't have one is his truck. I am surprised that there weren't more videos of gang members with guns. Truly sad. I think that the powers that be want this kind of dissention among races here in the US so none of us should fall into this ignorance.

...sad that a lot of people that were born after this happened know little or nothing about this. If i saw this happening to someone in my family, I think I have a pretty good idea how I would react. If the actions happened during this weren't hate crimes then what were they? I am not going to start calling names but come on. This was terrible. I was in middle school in Orlando when this happened and there was riots there as well. People don't realize how far this reached. I wonder what...

I am going to say this and tell me what you think: What would yu do if you were watching this on tv and saw your wife, daughter, father, mother, grandparents or who ever you love get pulled out of their vehicle and get beaten like that? WHat if you were a white person and it was a black crowd doing it? What if it was white people doing this against black people? What if it was whites and blacks doing it to Mexicans? It was 100 times worse being there. You can only get so much information from video and pictures. When we rolled onto the streets, there were hundreds of fires burning, the smoke and the smell of it was disgusting. Before this happened, I felt sorry for people that felt that they couldn't get out of poverty. After what I saw, these lowlife people get what they deserve. They make their lives like this. everybody has a chance to climb out of poverty but they have to work for it. life isn't free

@MrTommyb61 I just looked up this case. I can see why African Americans are angry. HOWEVER, it's so DISGUSTING that some other African Americans try to exploit this situation. I just saw a clip where a black man breaking into a shop and saying that there's nothing wrong with taking the stuff in that store without paying the owner anything. This is beyond horrible.
