This is part 3 (of 5) of a videoconference talk that I gave at the NSW Department of Education headquarters in Ryde to a number of high-schools as part of the Australian Institute of Policy and Science's Young Tall Poppy program and the DET's Connected Classrooms initiative.

PS. This talk is aimed at Yr 10-12 students at high school, so if you're a pro, please don't judge it too harshly from a technical standpoint. The focus is on telling the interesting aspects of the science, and sometimes that has to be at the expense of technical purity to get the vision across.
