like it said from 4/15/2010... hit 175K later on that day... now its at 192K; itll be 20K in 2 years...
anyway, at the time I had just gotten the exhaust y pipe/brakes done, plus the tires were semi new, it had a head liner, the door switches, a rigged attenna, and the tote in the bed had some tools in it. not to mention I lived in new york and it was still registered and inspected there too!

  • @tommartyn ahhh close enough! haha but as for the gearing, the 3.2 would be great if there were only flat highways but all around me is hills and mountains, I gotta get up them!

  • @IOwn4Tractors

Ah, nice man :) Yeah, for some reason i thought it was your grandpa's at some point, haha. Thats cool that it was your dads. Thing had a lot of owners for not being that old! :)

Yeah, the 3.2 gearing in my red 225 truck gives it incredible gas mileage, but i can't even use OD. But for hauling its terrible. My new 84 is alot better with the 3.55 gearing. I like that ratio alot. WIsh i had OD in that though. haha. Yeah man, looking forward to the video :)

  • @joeldude76 bolt snapped in the battery tray closest to the fender so I had to lol but since ive had it, ive thrown a rebuilt engine in, replaced the clutch, rear diff just to name the major expenses; but of course the 2nd generation Rams are completely different from the 3rd generations

  • @tommartyn it was owned by a family related plumber, then my cousin, then my 2nd cousin, then my dad, then me... but im the only one to take care of it, like puttin a rebuilt in it yea. but the 3.21 sucked! had absolutely no power; it couldnt accelerate in 5th at all. I put another used rear diff in that I think is a 3.55 and its like a whole new animal! much more drivable. I really gotta make a new video of the Dodge w/ some of the upgrades I did

  • i like the battery strap lol nice truck though has it been pretty reliable? im planning on getting an 04 dodge ram with a hemi

  • Thats freaking awesome man :) This is the one that was your grandpa's right? The one you rebuilt the engine in? I bet that thing does alot better with the 3.2 gearing then my Red 83 225 powered beast does :) Plus you get an extra gear to help it out before over drive. I'm pretty jealous man :)
