  • We will miss you Larry. Thank you for all the years of Georgia Football. May you rest in peace. I would always watch the game on tv on mute it then turn on the radio and listen to the Munson call. There was no one else like him and there never will be again.

Its raining sugar from the sky!!

this year there is no SEC team in the Sugar Bowl. Die BCS die.

  • From a lifelong Bama fan-Larry was the best I ever heard. You always felt like you were at the game listening to him.

  • Thank you for all the laughs i meant

  • Even if i am a big Auburn fan and hate bama and Georgia, I still will remember you Larry Munson. Thank you for all the Lauags, calls, and game winning calls I, Auburn, SEC Conference, and all of bulldog nation for all of the things you did. God Bless you and God Speed Larry Munson.

  • RIP Larry. You were undoubtedly a DGD.

  • As Gamecock fan and someone who hates the dawgs. I must recognize Mr. Munson as the best ever. The announcer that all others should aspire to be like. I can remember as a kid my dad was a UGA fan and would listen to the games on the radio. I thought what a great storyteller. I met him in Augusta,Ga at the Civic Center, and it was a privilege. A very nice man. God Bless Larry Munson.

  • "So we'll try to kick one a hundred thousand miles." That is what was so good about Larry Legend. He didn't call the game, he made it into a story. That is what separates him from the rest of the pack.
