  • never thought to do Brain Gym to music! That was fun. Perhaps you can add the hook ups on the other side and closing the circuit...

  • i want to watch this video because I am trying to get skinner

  • Please, teachers, please accept that neuroscientists know more about the brain than you do. And what do neuroscientists think of brain gym ? That it's the crazyest and stupidest exercise routine ever devised.

  • Speaking as a person who has struggled with learning challenges throughout my entire life and have tried seemingly everything with limited results, I think Brain Gym rocks!

I work out regularly, eat well, am an avid positive visualization & affirmation babbler. Then I got turned on to Brain Gym & it's like a light got switched on! I am more focused and energetic. When I start to feel "off" I do some BG now.

Oh, & I haven't had to shell out a dime, because of these wonderful YouTube videos!

  • seriously i cant do these stuffs in front of people while going to give a speech..LMAO

  • can use this with behavior students............;)

  • @bluefairyuk I know what neuroplasticity is.

  • @proudmckinleyparent Wonderful. But have you ever checked, if regular exercise has a less significant effect on the performance of your students? Or have you ever systematically checked, whether this program really improved the reading/writing/intellectual skills of your students to the extent of the claims of the brain-gym program?

  • @bluefairyuk Can you please provide a link to a sound (a randomized, controlled trial with a large enough group of tested individuals) scientific study, which shows the efficacy of the brain-gym program and its connection to the findings of neuroplasticity? Thank you.

  • @rataretrodos For the science of how it works: you have obviously not read the book "The brain which changes itself" by Norman Dodge on neuroplasticity.
