Wind in the Wheat

A Kruger Brothers original. Hands down, one of the most difficult songs I ever learned (?) on a banjo. I'm not real pleased with this video, because I usually don't play this song on my Nechville banjo and I was really tired when I set the camera to it.

hey slickrick...

Wind in the Wheat has been recorded on two Kruger cds, the latest was about a year ago on "The Suite", track #1. it was also on an earlier cd, but was recorded much slower than the one on the Suite. Tempo issue was the same for at least 4 other songs that Jens originally recorded as slower, but on the Suite, they were MUCH faster. jim
