  • Do you think u can still see muscle growth after40?

  • @avatarcollides2day I honestly believe so!! Train with INTENSITY and keep your nutrition/supplementation in check.

  • Will tricep and bicep exercises strengthen my elbows? Because evry time I bend my elbows, even without weight they make a crackle sound. I can't feel it but I can hear it. Thanks

  • @IsaacJh94 Hard question to answer without knowing what the crackle sound is generating from.....but a quick answer would be no. Your joints continue to degenerate from birth so if you are having problems I would recommend seeking orthopedic counsel. Another side to this coin would be to continue to train moderately until you do feel discomfort. then back off the weight. And last but not least, train like there's no tomorrow along with tons of glucosamine. INTENSITY RULES.. Good luck.

  • I like this video, J! You're the best trainer on the planet and I miss our training sessions! Wish I lived closer! Your bootcamps are going to be a huge success! Miss & Luv ya!

  • @spintraci Thanks Traci that means a lot coming from you, wish you guys were closer too. Boot camps are going well. Happy Holidays.
