I agree. The idea is good, but there's really no enthusiasm in the voice and it's being rushed way too fast.

I don't understand the point of doing the Gashlycrumb Tinies this way. The pages flip by a little too fast and it sounds like it's being recited without much thought about the content...as if the lines are just being read normally for a school assignment.

@groundcat I meant that I found the vid of them performing "Echoes", but I couldn't find the specific part of the song that you used as background music. Anyways, I don't need it anymore XD Thanks, btw.

Edward Gorey is known for his macabre, creepy and off-kilter story. Some of his stories do deal with children who die young. It's just part of his writing style. If that's your sort of thing, you'll really smile at his books. If not, best to avoid it and stick with Harlequin romances. ;D
