I surfed Long Island Sound once.
4 to 7ft extreme shore breaks during a noreaster slash hurricane combo.
The winds were blowing 45+ all day and then suddenly they stopped. Of course I was ready when they did and set out for a never ridden wave. I rode, I conquered, I am legend.

I always head straight to the Neck to look at storms up close and personal. Should've been a storm chaser I guess.

Look at all the people trying to get off of the Neck. Its not exactly a smart idea to go there in bad weather, after all, babson babson killed the bear, not babson babson drowned cause he wanted to see the preety gift shops.
