A beauiful, majestic machine...truly impressive. I just wonder if we had invested the same amt of money feeding third world countries and curing thier ill as we spent mfg this killing machine might we have won its intended victims as our friends? @botsysguy Yes we give money to foreign aid. But tT\He point is still that the money spent on this plane would have been better spent feeding the poor and healing the sick and educating children. Whether or not this was a spy plane is of little import...the end result the same...killing when our end game should be about living, educating and befriending no conquest

We spend billions every year on foreign aid, and have been for a very long time now. And this was a spy plane, not a "killing machine". Maybe you should do some fact checking, before you make statements that have no factual basis.

This plane on it's last flights, flew from west coast to east coast (which is around 3100 miles)

in a record 68 minutes. So, the 2200mph is wrong. I say it is faster than that speed.

Plus, it had to be refueled twice.
