The other two are easier tod efine as the second one being integrity and agter that leradership by example. I am not sure if I could really ggice great examples of these except going where these have been tested and found true as on the battlefield. I will say it like this-the guy we were going to take to Iraq got caught doing some bad things-stealing.. What they got him on was not that, but wife swapping i.e. adultery. The guy we took-we all have lapses of integrity as I would and so would he

I will be trying to find a website to email you, just bought through Kindle on seven disciplines of extraordinary Spiritual Leaders which did not see three I always put on top of leadership principles and maybe find them in the text as the very first thing as being a foundation of bible knowledge whether a new pastor or an old hand-we will always find that experiance of what the bible teaches with a practical outworking of head knowledge which becomes a heart knowledge-i.e. wisdom
