Obama's Socialist, Inexperienced Supreme Court Nominee Also Dislikes the First Amendment

So shes an inexperienced socialist who not only doesnt understand the constitution but also wants to censor speech in a fascistic manner, and yet shes somehow a good pick? Her would-be job is not to spread her socialist, anti-free speech ideology in the law—it wouldnt be her job is not to make the law; her job would be to intemperate the law as it is without political favoritism. And as shes extreme on the social issues side as well, this is a horrid pick and one of the worst in history. You have to at least respect the constitution as it is to be a Justice, and given that Obama doesnt nor does Kagan, she cant interpret it.
Theres also quite a bit of hypocrisy here. When John Roberts was chosen by Bush, the neo-Marxists filibustered it with a vengeance, hated him for it, called him a fascist and so on. Bush was called a fascist how many times by Olbermann? Now Obama literally appoints an open socialist judge who opposes the first amendment after extending the Patriot Act, yet shes radical while Roberts wasnt and Obama isnt a fascist. This is unbelievable hypocrisy. Dont expect the spineless liberal republicans to filibuster and to stab this country in the back yet again, but this pick his horrific.
