Did you change out the prop and use an actual boat prop: the R/C airplane prop might work marginally but is inefficient in the water and a trolling motor prop will give you better speed and control and take up less space on the bottom.

I hope your boat is better than your video. 2 mins of the steering mechanism, yes we got it, what about the drive system? And is it flexible, or do you run aground?

Floats great! Pedal broke off during sea trial. Building another boat now so this one will have to wait. See that video on the gosexman channel. It is called Rescue Minor.
