Ok never mind. It just pulls the image from the current weather condition and it doesn't change when the weather does. Got too excited and posted before I gave it a chance to see if it worked!

So good! I've watched like 5 other videos trying to get the image for the weather appear! This one was by far the best!!! All you gotta do is add an image in GeekTool and add the following URL into the URL slot!
