This is pretty crazy. Use your iPhone to take a picture of any house and it shows you details about that house. I've tried it a few times and it's always been accurate. I wonder if it works for photos taken from a distance, because I think it just does a simple GPS lookup in a database of houses, and displays the data. Pretty simple, actually I did something like this for my own project, but with sights in a city instead of houses

In what way are Android users loose? I know many that are quite tight.

Really? How is it useful to those people? Does the value of a house attract the rapist/exhibitionist/pedophile­? Does a robber need an app to determine where the wealthy people in town are? If they are using the app they are already outside your door and I don't see how knowing the exact value of your house, rather than the perceived value from looking at it is going to change a criminal's decision about robbing a home.
