Recently the Punjab and Haryana High Court has confirmed the death sentence awarded to Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana.


Balwant Singh Rajoana had admitted the fact that he along with Bhai Dilawar Singh (Shaheed) made and executed the plan to eliminate Beant Singh, infamous Chief Minister of Punjab. He even refused to take services of a lawyer to defend himself and openly declared that he had no faith in Indian Judicial System.

Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana has reaffirmed his faith in establishing Khalistan, independent sovereign state for Sikhs. He has refused to bow before imperialist and barbaric Indian State to save his life but demands freedom for his people.
