A summary of Rory and Jess' relationship from Jess' point of view. As a teenager, he was always a rebel. He wasn't happy in Stars Hollow, and he wanted to leave--until he met Rory, the one person who might be able to convince him to stay. Eventually, however, he still goes to California and leaves her. He comes back to Stars Hollow and back into Rory's life a couple of times after that, but he always leaves again. In the end, he is finally ready to settle down and be with Rory. (I know their relationship doesn't really have a happy ending, but I'm ignoring that in my video)

This video makes me cry. I love Jess...I feel for him. He was so maligned and misunderstood. This video shows a true understanding of his character. It's strange, because the GG fans who hated him could look at this video and find all of their 'evidence' that he was unstable and 'no good for Rory,' but... I can't help it. They're wrong. Jess had to face his issues and his pain and finish maturing...THEN he was exactly what Rory needed. This video illustrates it beautifully. It's very powerful.

This is PERFECT. Jess is one of my favorite GG characters, and this song is him to a tee. This video just captures Jess's character so well. I think someone that's never even seen GG would get him pretty well by just watching this. WONDERFUL JOB!
