I have tendonitis in both achilles, the left is worse.........any suggestions?

Yes, first determine why you have tendinitis. Then, assuming you're not in an acute phase, I have my patients with bilateral symptoms walk down stairs backwards. Focus on the same motion as the video shows (pointing your toe as you contact the stair, then slowly lowering all the way while bearing weight). Just be sure not to trip and fall!
