I've never actually heard Bill Hader laugh. I've only heard the stifled laughter on the show. His laugh is adorable.

The thing is, him laughing makes Stefon even funnier. You know when they crack up, they are doing it because it's so hilarious. If Bill wasn't laughing a little the would be something missing, because if he can get through it without cracking up, it's not funny enough.
