2 hours ago: I'm watching Empire Records missing the stale olive green scent of black doc martins and unchallenged flannel in the girls-with-shaved-heads-for-emotional-reasons 90's and thought I'd post this. I had to retouch the vocals, but I actually recorded this a few years ago. I remember copying this song off of the radio in junior high onto a cassette tape on my little battery operated mini-boom box that i shoved in my duffel bag on gym days because 1) i wasn't allowed to own it and 2) I wasn't allowed to have "rock music" at school. Wow, right? Some wars you just gotta win for yourself!
