Technically what you express in this video IS nationalism. Nationalism is the belief that cultural and national boundaries should be the same, and that 'nation' is a real construct. When you refer to what it is to 'be Australian' you are essentially identifying a characteristic that defines what that is, identifying a cultural identity with a national one.

Just saying.

I laugh so hard whenever someone is proud to have a southern cross tattoo.

He's not poking fun at people with disabilities, those with disabilities have a right to be proud of a country that supports them.
He's making a point about those doll bludgers and other un-Australian Australian's who do little or nothing for society, who claim to love Australia but don't actively contribute.

And it's your fault if someone from overseas is more qualified than you for a job. If you want a job, then go look for one, in most places they're not that hard to find.

Public service is doing a service for Australia, so is working at Maccas, despite how people see it. It's still contributing, and despite how some people think they're doing it for the money, they're still giving, so what's it matter?

That's what I mean. At the end of this video it mentions a handful of jobs, but no matter what work you do you are still contributing. That's why I was confused at this video, because it made it sound as if certain jobs weren't as valued. Obviously if you are dole bludging then you aren't contributing, but otherwise, it shouldn't atter.

Mmm, I suppose, but it's also a comment on how people can contribute a little via their job and yet litter and abuse their countrymen... But yeah. I see your point.
