Go watch a hollywood blockbuster, then, if you want CGI, constant noise (Cloverfield) and high quality production.

What he says is pointless and pretty meaningless.

so, jason can't stand long and drawn out films. ok, no more tarkofski, aggelopoulos, lars von trier or any kind of other of art movie from him. wtf?

I think the film potrayed the raw emotions, that is, the unprotected souls of the characters the director talks about, rather brilliantly. The use of bare digital camera footage goes well with the concept of such a stripped land in which the movie is shot. To me, the movie did not drag on at all... it was beautiful, and depending on your own point-of-view, it was an optimistic note that it ended on as well. :)
