#1 that jump is VERY illegal and harbor patrol is around there all the time. (I live in OB at dog beach, can see bridge from my yard)
#2 water there is actually pretty shallow at low tide, one of the reasons its's so illegal. Not a huge risk on the right bridge at high tide, but others see you and don't know it's a shallow manmade dredged bay can get killed.
#3 water in MB is completely toxic by fiesta isle/SS boat ramp, due to chemicals leeching from old landfill. Rest is not so bad.
