PACS at BRCH- Before and After

I created this short film in 2001 to present to our hospital's Board of Directors to help show the advantages of purchasing a digital Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) for our Radiology Department. The movie exposes the inherent inefficiencies and limitations of handling and depending upon a single, hardcopy x-ray film and embraces the digital imaging revolution.
Our Board enthusiastically embraced the concept of digital archival leading to a new era of efficiency and productivity for our Imaging department.
