A slideshow of Aydia's birth. She was born on 2/28/2009 at 1:24 AM; labor started on the due date of 2/27. Labor started at home with my water breaking and immediately I was 3 minutes apart with contractions. Entire labor was only 4.5 hours long, a drug free hypnobirth and truely the most empowering and amazing experience I've ever had.
